Work from Home Family Agreement

_______________________ (hereafter "Party 1") and _______________________ (hereafter "Party 2"), hereby agree to a contract regarding the work and parenting division while working from home:

The two parties hereby agree to be as flexible and compromising as possible while balancing work and parenting duties. The agreement laid out below will be considered a structural basis that can be modified by agreement of the two parties at any time.

Party 1 will have work hours from {time} to {time} on {days}. At that time, Party 1 will work in {room}. {He/she/they} will be unavailable when {condition/sign} and partially available or flexible when {condition/sign}.

Party 2 will have work hours from {time} to {time} on {days}. At that time, Party 2 will work in {room}. {He/she/they} will be unavailable when {condition/sign} and partially available or flexible when {condition/sign}.

Party 1 will be primarily responsible for child transportation, feeding, dressing, supervision and care during {times} on {days}. Party 2 will be primarily responsible during {times} on {days}. Both parties will share responsibilities during {times} on {days}. An outside helper will be available during {times} on {days}.

Party 1 will be responsible throughout the week for {chores, errands}. Party 2 will be responsible throughout the week for {chores, errands}.
