Work from Home Policy
Office
Employees are permitted to telecommute (work from home), and {will/will not} be required to report to the {Company Name} office at {location} at {regular intervals/a certain day of the week/for quarterly meetings/etc.}. Virtual meetings and team-building activities may be required, and advance notice of {days/hours} will be provided. If an Employee {is unable to/wishes to} report to the office, they must communicate with their immediate supervisor and {conditions to be met}.
Equipment
The Company {will/will not} provide home office furniture, including: {desk, chair, etc.}. The Company {will/will not} provide technology and computer equipment, including: {computer, printer, fax machine, internet router, etc.}. If either party terminates employment, the listed equipment will be {immediately returned/retained by worker}.
Connectivity
The Employee agrees to maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection of no less than {number} Mbps of upload speed and {number} Mbps of download speed. The Employee {will/will not} be reimbursed for internet costs. A cell phone is also required, which {will/will not} be provided by the Company.
Security
The Employee agrees to maintain high levels of security on all devices and accounts used for work activity. This includes, but is not limited to, securing laptops and cell phones, setting strong passwords and two-factor authentication, logging in only via secure connections, and any other measures necessary to protect company information and that of its clients.
Work Hours
The Employee {will/will not} be required to work specific hours of the day. The hours worked will be {hours} on {days}. {Software, check-ins, or other time-keeping system}. During work hours, {emails/customer tickets/etc.} must be dealt with within {turnaround time}. It is expected that parents of children under age {age} {will/will not} have reliable child care during work hours.
