Wedding Transportation Contract

This agreement is made on {date} between {Transportation Company}, hereafter "Provider," and {Couple}, hereafter "Couple," regarding the transportation for {date} to and from {ceremony venue} and {reception venue}:

The Provider agrees to provide cars for the Couple and their guests in the following circumstances. Alternate cars are provided in the event that the requested car is not available.

Airport to Hotel

The requested vehicles will be available at the times listed above for {amount} per vehicle, plus {driver rate, mileage, etc.}, for a total of {total}.

The Provider cannot guarantee overtime hours. Should the vehicles be available for overtime, the Couple will be charged {amount} per hour.

The Provider will allow for a complimentary {number}-minute wait period at pick-up locations.

Alcohol {is/isn't} allowed in the Provider's vehicles. Open containers of alcohol in the vehicle will result in {amount} fine.

Smoking {is/isn't} allowed in the Provider's vehicles. Smoking or vaping in the vehicle will result in {amount} fine.

Damages to the vehicles will result in a fine starting at {monetary amount}. Leaving a mess will result in a {monetary amount} cleaning fee.

The Provider is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles.

The Provider, their company, and all of their vehicles and drivers are licensed with the county and have passed inspection.

The drivers of the vehicles agree to {dress code/uniform} for {free/charge}.

A deposit of {amount} is due at the signing of this contract. The remaining amount is due {number} days before the wedding. Cancellations before {date} will result in a refund minus {amount}. No refunds {number} days before the wedding.
