Wedding Photo Booth Contract

This agreement is made on {date} between {Photo Booth Provider}, hereafter "Provider," and {Couple}, hereafter "Couple," regarding the contract of a photo booth for {date} at {reception venue}:

The Provider agrees to provide {number} photo booths at {location} from {time} to {time} for {price}.

This package includes the following: {camera type(s)}, studio lighting, photo previewing screens, {number} operators, set-up and take-down, {number} prints, and {number} digital files.

The Couple has chosen the following props to be available: {Props}

The Couple has requested the following text on their banner/logo: {Text}

The Provider agrees to set up the photo booth no later than {time}. The Couple will ensure that a {dimensions} space is available with {number} {voltage} outlets within {distance} of the photo booth area. No other equipment may share that circuit or it may cause damage to the equipment.

The Provider guarantees that the photo booth(s) will be operational at least {percentage} of the rented time. Up to {percentage} time may be spent on maintenance or troubleshooting.

The Provider shall not be held liable for more than the retainer in the event of normal malfunctions or improperly set-up equipment.

The Couple shall be held liable for all damages caused by improper use or malicious destruction of property, either by the Couple themselves or an occupant of the event (invited or uninvited).

A {amount} deposit is due with this contract. The remainder is due {number} days before the wedding. The deposit {is/isn't} refundable within {number} days before the event.
