Wedding Hotel Reservation Contract

This agreement is made on {date} between {Hotel}, hereafter "Hotel," and {Couple}, hereafter "Couple," regarding the rental of hotel rooms at {Hotel Location} for {dates}:

The Hotel agrees to set aside {number} rooms, to be available for reservation for {reservation dates}. Guests may reference {Couple Wedding Name} to reserve their rooms and receive a {percentage} discount.

The following rooms will be available:

The Couple is free to leave welcome bags for the guests starting on {date} at {time}. {Items} are prohibited.

The Hotel will provide transportation to and from {Airport/Venue} for {free/charge}.

Allowable shrinkage is set at {percentage}. Should the percentage be larger, the Couple will be charged {rate/fee}.

The Couple agrees to a minimum commitment of {percentage}. Should they not reach that percentage, they will be charged for the unused rooms.

The Hotel will make every effort to rebook any unreserved rooms starting on {date}. Rebooked rooms will not incur a penalty or charge.
