Wedding Dress Contract

This agreement is made on {date} between {Dress Salon}, hereafter "Salon," and {Client}, hereafter "Client," regarding the purchase of the wedding dress listed below:

The Client is purchasing the {dress name} dress by {Designer} from {year}. It is {color} with {decorations/patterns/description} in a size {size/measurements}. The dress was chosen on {date} at {time} at {location}. The dress is {new/used}.

The dress {does/doesn't} need to be cleaned prior to the wedding. The {Client/Salon} will be held responsible for the cleaning.

{Name} was the seller/consultant for this sale. {Name} at {contact information} will be the Client's contact for all further inquiries.

The dress will be {shipped/picked up by the Client}. The Salon will package the dress as follows: {packaging}. The Salon will ship the dress as follows: {shipping procedure}. The Salon recommends the following procedure for storage: {storage procedure}.

When the dress is in the Client's possession, the Salon is not liable for any damages that occur to the dress. When the dress is in the care of the Salon or its associates, the Salon is liable for damages up to {amount} on the dress.

The price of the dress includes {number} fittings on {dates}.

Alterations will be charged at the following rates: {rates}.

Alterations to the dress will not be accepted after {date}.
