Wedding DJ Contract

This agreement is made on {date} between {DJ}, hereafter "DJ," and {Couple}, hereafter "Couple," regarding the contract of DJ services for {date} at {reception venue}:

The DJ will provide {number} hours of musical service at {location} ONLY, plus {number} hours for setup and cleanup. Any overtime requests will be charged {rate}.

The DJ will be paid {total fee}. A {amount} deposit is due with this contract, with the final balance due {number of days before wedding}.

The DJ shall not be liable for any amount over this retainer due to contract breach or damages.

The DJ will provide {DJ Name} as well as any assistants required for musical equipment and setup.

The DJ will bring {music equipment}. The Couple has verified, or is responsible for verifying, that there are {number} {outlets/speakers/microphones} available at the venue in the requested area.

The DJ will have full, unmitigated control of all music services. Music will be played in {format}.

The DJ will not play louder than {number} decibels out of deference for the neighbors.

The DJ agrees to the following playlist:
