Wedding Band Contract

This agreement is made on {date} between {Band Representative}, hereafter "Band," and {Couple}, hereafter "Couple," regarding the contract of a music performance for {date} at {reception venue}:

The Band will provide {number} hours of musical service at {location} ONLY, plus {number} hours for set up and clean up. Any overtime requests or venue changes will be charged {rate}.

The Band will be dressed in {outfit} or {colors}.

The Band will be paid {total fee}. A {amount} deposit is due with this contract, with the final balance due {number of days before wedding}.

The Band shall not be liable for any amount over this retainer due to contract breach or damages.

The Band will be comprised of {instruments} and will play {genre} standards and {percentage} original tunes along {genre} lines.

The Band will play {number}-minute sets with a {number}-minute break between each set.

The Band will have full, unmitigated control of all music services.
