Warranty of Waterproofing

This warranty shall apply to {Property, Address}.

The Seller {or contractor} hereby attests that waterproofing treatment {describe} was performed on {property, etc.} on {date}. This method is considered effective in preventing water infiltration via {walls, windows, foundation, roof, basement, etc.}.

Seller further attests that the waterproofing is done to current industry standards, using quality workmanship and durable materials.

This warranty is valued through {date}, or {time period}.

If water infiltration occurs during the period of time covered above, the Seller {or contractor} shall repair or otherwise rectify the issue and any damages at their own expense. No other remedy shall apply.

The warranty does not cover {negligence, natural disasters, and other exclusions}. If the property is modified from the original condition, in a manner affecting the waterproofed areas, the warranty shall not apply. The Seller must be notified within {time period such as 14 days} after discovery of the water infiltration.
