Bounce House Rental Waiver

By renting a bounce house from {Rental Company}, I hereby agree to take all precautious to ensure that the inflatable equipment is not damaged and that no injuries are incurred. I accept all liability and will hold harmless {Rental Company} for any damages or injuries.

Specifically, I understand and agree to abide by the following precautions and safety instructions put into place by {Rental Company}. I agree that:

• An adult will closely supervise bounce house use at all times.
• I will ensure that the bounce house is not overcrowded, respect the limit of {Company}, and be mindful that children of significantly different ages and sizes are not bouncing together due to the higher risk of injury.
• No food or drink is allowed in or immediately next to the bounce house, and chewing gum is specifically forbidden as it poses a choking hazard.
• Anyone entering the bounce house must first remove eyeglasses, jewelry (including dangling earrings), sharp objects, and shoes.
• Toys of any kind, including play swords and balloons, are not allowed in the bounce house.
• Pets or animals of any kind are not allowed in the bounce house.
• Smoking and open flames, such as barbecues, are not allowed near the inflatable equipment.
• Moreover, items such as party poppers, silly string, face paints, and anything else that can cause damage are not allowed in the bounce house.
• I will not allow individuals to climb the inside or outside walls of the bounce house or hang from netting.
• I will not allow anyone to bounce off the steps of the bounce house, and will ensure that no one is in or on the inflatable as it is inflating or deflating.
• I or a designated responsible adult will immediately put a stop to: flips, somersaults, pushing, fighting, and other dangerous behavior.

I agree to return the bounce house in the state that it was rented, and I understand that dirty equipment will incur a fee of {dollar amount range}. I will also follow the instructions for cleaning, deflating, and rolling the bounce house after use. If an issue arises with the blower during use, the bounce house must be immediately vacated and {Rental Company} be called at {phone number}.

By signing below, I agree to be held liable for any and all damages or injuries resulting from the use of the inflatable equipment. I am also responsible for loss or damage to the bounce house, for which the full replacement value is {amount}.
