Vehicle Storage Contract

_______________________ (hereafter "Owner") and _______________________ (hereafter "Renter"), hereby agree to the following:

The Renter will rent the following unit at {Vehicle Storage Name} located at {address}:

The storage unit will be used for the following vehicle(s) ONLY:

The total price per month is {total} and will be paid by the Renter every month no later than {date}. Payment made after the {date} of each month will result in a {$} late fee. This contract is a {year-long/month-to-month/fixed term} lease. After this contract ends, it is {subject for renewal/terminated}.

The {Renter/Owner} will provide insurance for the storage unit. The Renter shall indemnify and holder harmless the Owner for break-ins or any damage to or items stolen from the vehicle(s) stored.

The Renter will have access to the storage unit {days} between the hours of {time} and {time}. The storage unit will not be accessible on {special dates}.

The Renter will use the storage unit for personal property storage only. The Renter will not use the storage unit for commercial purposes of any kind. The Renter will use the space for storing the vehicle(s) only. Running the vehicle(s) or performing maintenance on the vehicle(s) within the storage unit is not permitted.

The Renter is solely responsible for making sure the storage unit is secured after use. The Owner will provide {safety/security} precautions for the property.

If the Renter does not pay monthly rent by the {date} of the month, the Owner shall provide written notice of default on the storage unit. {Number} days after the written notice is provided, the storage unit will be considered forfeited. The Owner may repossess, clear, and lease the storage unit to another party at that time. Unclaimed vehicle(s) in the storage unit may be possessed, sold, donated, or actioned off in the event of forfeiture after {#} days.

The Owner guarantees the storage unit will be {sealed, insulated, soundproof, set temperature, etc.}. All other requirements must be met by the Renter.
