Utility Payment Agreement

____________________________ (hereafter "Landlord") and ______________________ (hereafter "Tenant") hereby agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payment of the utilities at {address} (hereafter "Residence"):

The Tenant has a {term} lease of the Residence and shall be held under the confines of this agreement so long as {he/she} continues to lease the Residence.

Should the Tenant choose to break the lease before its designated termination or without {number} days' notice, the Tenant shall be responsible for a {amount} utility fee.

The Landlord shall pay for {water/garbage/recycling/gas/electricity/internet/etc.} and shall not seek payment from the Tenant to cover the costs of monthly payments, installation of necessary equipment, set-up or repairs.

The Tenant shall pay for {water/garbage/recycling/gas/electricity/internet/etc.} and shall not seek payment from the Landlord to cover the costs of monthly payments, installation of necessary equipment, set-up or repairs.

The Landlord shall pay for {water/garbage/recycling/gas/electricity/internet/etc.}, and the Tenant shall reimburse {him/her} for the full amount used by the Tenant. As this cost will fluctuate, the Tenant will receive the total cost on the {date} of each month and will provide payment no later than {date}.

If the Tenant does not pay the monthly utility cost by {date} of each month, {he/she} will be charged a fee of {amount}. If the full utility cost and fee are not paid by {date}, the Tenant will be subject to disconnected utilities.
