Temporary Work from Home Agreement

_______________________ (hereafter "Employer") and _______________________ (hereafter "Employee"), hereby agree to the following:

From {date} to {date} OR as long as {restrictions} are in effect, the Employee shall work from a home office.

The Employer guarantees {number} hours per week of work for the Employee at {salary/X hourly wage}. The Employee will continue to receive all benefits agreed upon in the previous job contract.

The Employee agrees to work in a quiet environment with proper equipment for the tasks outlined above.
