Task Exchange Agreement

_______________________ (hereafter “Party 1”) and _______________________ (hereafter “Party 2”) hereby agree to exchange tasks or skills in an equitable, mutually beneficial fashion.

This agreement shall commence on {date} and expire on {date, if not open-ended}. It can be terminated by either party at any time, as long as the following conditions are met: {conditions}.

The parties agree that each possesses the skills, time, and ability to perform certain tasks. Moreover, they anticipate few if any personality conflicts or communication issues. Accordingly, Party 1 will perform the following recurring tasks for Party 2:
