Summer Storage Contract

_______________________ (hereafter “Renter”) and _______________________ (hereafter “Storage Company”) hereby agree to the following:

Storage Company will provide storage of student belongings for the summer of {date}.

The Renter agrees to the following:

• Storage Company will be paid {amount} per {box, square footage unit, etc.}. Payment(s) are due {date(s)}.
• Renter will properly package and label all storage boxes and loose items according to the instructions laid out by Storage Company.
• Renter is required to secure property insurance in the amount of {amount} via {outside policy/Storage Company}. Storage Company will not be liable for damages beyond the stated coverage of said policy.
• Renter will not store anything over the value of {dollar amount}.
• Renter will not store any of the following items: {toxic/hazardous waste items, flammable materials, food or other perishable items, etc.}.
• Renter will not have access to stored belongings during the summer.

The Storage Company agrees to the following:

• Items will be picked up at {dorm room/parking lot pod/etc.} at {time and date}. At the end of summer break, items will be delivered to {dorm room/parking lot pod/etc.} at {time and date}.
• Items will be stored securely under climate-controlled conditions.
• Items will be picked up and delivered by Storage Company at the agreed-upon times, or {discount or other consideration}.
