Staffing Agency Agreement

_____________________________ (hereafter "Company") and _______________________ (hereafter "Staffing Agency"), hereby agree to the following:

The Company, wishing to fill {number} positions, will employ the Staffing Agency beginning on {date} until {date}, or until {amount of time} after all positions have been filled, whichever comes first. The positions are outlined in the attachment Document A [see attached].

The Staffing Agency guarantees that it will supply the Company with candidates who are qualified for the position and who meet all experience, education, and skill requirements outlined in Document A.

If the Company hires a candidate for a temporary position (less than {amount of time}), they will pay the Staffing Agency a {flat fee/percentage of salary} per accepted candidate. A probationary period of {amount of time} is permitted before the full payment at a rate of {amount} to the candidate and {amount} to the Staffing Agency.

If the Company hires the candidate for a permanent position (more than {amount of time}), they will pay the Staffing Agency a {flat fee/percentage of salary} per accepted candidate and a one-time transferal payment of {fee}. A probationary period of {amount of time} is permitted before the full payment at a rate of {amount} to the candidate and {amount} to the Staffing Agency.

Payments will be made every {amount of time} and will be invoiced to the Company by the Staffing Agency no later than {date}.

Either party may end this agreement at any time so long as they provide notice {number} days in advance.
