Social Media Marketing Agreement

This agreement is made on {date} between {Company}, hereafter "Company," and {Marketing Agent}, hereafter "Agent":

Both parties hereby agree to a short-term marketing contract wherein the Agent agrees to the following:

• To create a {amount of time}-long ad campaign featuring a unique {logo, slogan, call to action, sale, giveaway, etc.}
• To promote this campaign on {social marketing sites}
• To reach {percentage} of {target demographic} in {area}
• To release all rights to any logo, slogan, ad, images, or design used in the ad campaign to the Company upon completion of the project, to be used again at their discretion. (This does not include stock or public domain images or designs that may be used, as those will continue to be available to the public as well as the Company.)

The Company further agrees to the following:
