Sleepover Contract

    

This contract between {Child's Name}, hereafter known as "Child," and {Parents' Names}, hereafter known as "Parents," outlines the rules for the Child's participation in sleepovers. This contract is nonnegotiable. Arguments, pleas, or tantrums may result in the total revocation of sleepover privileges.

Attending Sleepovers

During the school year, Child will be allowed to attend sleepovers only on {days of the week}. There will be no sleepovers on school nights.

During the summer/holiday breaks, Child may participate in {#} sleepovers per week, although special occasions such as birthday parties or trips may result in longer stays.

Child may only stay over at a friend's house if all other children present are {same gender}s and if a parent or guardian is in the house at all times.

Child may only participate in sleepovers if {he/she} has completed all necessary chores and homework first.

Child will make sure that all sleeping bags, mattresses, pillows, and blankets return home from the sleepover and are put away in the right place.

Hosting Sleepovers

Child must ask Parents' permission before inviting other children over for a sleepover.

Child may only have {#} children over for a sleepover.

Child must help clean the house before any guests come over for a sleepover.

Child is in charge of making sure that all messes are cleaned up once the sleepover is over.

If Child follows all of the rules listed above, Parents agree to help transport Child to sleepovers and to help feed and house guests for home sleepovers.

If Child breaks any of the rules listed above, sleepover privileges will be revoked for {amount of time}.
