Seasonal Employee Agreement

_______________________ (hereafter "Employee") is being hired by _______________________ (hereafter "Employee") as a seasonal employee, to assist in the {year} {holiday/summer} season.

BEGINNING AND END DATE

Employment will begin on {date} and end on {date}. Employment will terminate automatically at the end of this period.

COMPENSATION

Employee will be compensated at a rate of {dollar amount} per hour. Any overtime will be compensated in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Paychecks are issued each {time period or day} via {method}. Bonuses {are/are not} available, depending on {factors such as sales volume, credit card signups, etc.}. As a seasonal worker, Employee will not be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, retirement, or paid time off. If subsequently hired for a non-seasonal position, Employee’s hours worked prior to that hire {will/will not} be counted toward benefits eligibility.

WORK SCHEDULE

Shifts will be assigned according to store needs, but will not be less than {number} hours nor exceed {number} hours. Employee must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. JOB DUTIES

During the employment period, Employee is responsible for:

• Serving as cashier.
• Collecting and processing store returns.
• Stocking and restocking shelves.
• Organizing displays.
• Other duties as assigned.

CONSIDERATION FOR FUTURE EMPLOYMENT
