Overnight Guests Agreement

_______________________ (hereafter “Party 1”), ___________________________ (hereafter “Party 2”), _______________________ (hereafter “Party 3”), and _______________________ (hereafter “Party 4”), hereby agree to upon the below rules for overnight guests at {address}.

The parties agree that overnight guests will be permitted under certain conditions laid out below. The agreement laid out below can be modified by agreement of the parties at any time.

If entertaining overnight guests, each roommate will respect the rights and privacy of their roommates at all times, and ensure that guest(s) do so as well.

Guest Rules:

• Each roommate may entertain only one overnight guest at a time, unless agreed upon beforehand.
• Guests must sleep in the host roommate’s bedroom rather than common areas, unless agreed upon beforehand such as in the case of visiting parents, siblings, or other family members.
• Roommates {may/may not} have overnight guests whom they have just met that day or evening.
• Overnight guests are limited to {number} nights per {month/semester}.
• Guests {are/are not} allowed to use the shower. Guests {are/are not} allowed to cook meals in the shared kitchen. Guests {are/are not} allowed to {additional access}.
• Guests with a vehicle are to park {location}.
• Roommates will ensure that guests follow all of the usual house rules, including noise, cleanliness, food consumption, and so on.
