Rent Moratorium Agreement

_______________________ (hereafter "Landlord") and _______________________ (hereafter "Tenant"), hereby agree to the following:

Due to unforeseen and unusual circumstances of {circumstances}, the Landlord will postpone collection of rent for the property at {address}. This moratorium is in place for the month(s) of {Month(s)} and until the circumstances have changed.

The moratorium on rent is limited to the duration of these special circumstances. Once the circumstances have changed, the Tenant will have an additional {amount of time} before being charged for the postponed rent.

The Tenant may pay the postponed rent amounts in installments of {amount} every {frequency} {amount of time} after the moratorium ends.

The Tenant will pay the postponed rent amounts in addition to the regular amount of rent they owe during the payback process.
