Property Management Contract

This agreement is between {Name}, henceforth known as "Owner," and {Name}, henceforth known as "Manager," who will be taking over as the manager of the property located at {address and name of location, if applicable}.

This agreement begins on this {date} day of {month}, year, and continues for {length of time, or end date of contract}.

Owner and Manager agree to the following provisions as conditions of this contract:

1. Manager will be an employee of the Owner, and will be required to work {number} hours per week in a property management capacity.

2. Manager will live {in a specific apartment at the location, in a property nearby, etc.}.

3. Manager's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, rent collection, oversight of landscaping and maintenance, tenant relations and leasing of new apartments.

4. Owner has the right to give Manager new duties at any time, which the Manager will be expected to perform to the best of his/her ability.

5. Manager will be required to be an office presence on the property during open hours.

6. Manager will maintain a respectable outward personal appearance, since he/she will be the public face of {location}.

7. Owner will pay Manager {amount in dollars} every {week, month, year, etc.} as compensation for this position.

8. Owner will provide Manager with support in this position, including {ways in which Owner will support the Manager}.

9. Owner may terminate the Manager's position {conditions under which Owner can terminate this contract}.

10. Manager may terminate this contract {conditions under which Manager can terminate this contract}.

11. Owner and Manager agree that this contract is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of {State}.
