Pet Sitting Service Agreement

This agreement is made and entered into this {date} day of {month}, {year}, between {Name}, henceforth known as "Pet Owner," and {Name}, henceforth known as "Pet Sitter."

Pet Sitter agrees to provide pet sitting service for the Pet Owner's pet(s):

Pet Sitter will provide the following services for the above pets:

In addition, Pet Sitter will provide the following services for the Pet Owner:

• This agreement begins on {date}, and continues until {date}.

• Pet Owner agrees that Pet Sitter will need access to Pet Owner's home, located at {address}. Pet Owner therefore agrees to provide key(s) to the home, which Pet Sitter will keep for the duration of this agreement.

• Should any of the Pet Owner's pets require emergency veterinary treatment, Pet Sitter will make all reasonable efforts to contact Pet Owner. If Pet Owner is not reachable, Pet Sitter will take appropriate actions, including obtaining veterinary care. Pet Sitter is not responsible for any veterinary fees that result from this action.

• Pet Owner agrees to release Pet Sitter from any liability that may arise as a result of damage to property, and injury to or death of pets.

• Pet Owner will be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to Pet Sitter as a result of previously undisclosed agreession in any of Pet Owner's pets.

• Pet Owner must cancel Pet Sitter's services {length of time} in advance, or else be charged {the full amount, a percentage, etc.} for the services.

• Pet Owner and Pet Sitter agree that this contract is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of {State}.
