Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Agreement is between {Name}, from this point known as Party 1, and {Name}, from this point known as Party 2, and is executed on this {date} day of {month}, {year}.

This Agreement will establish an agreement between Party 1 and Party 2, with regard to sensitive and private information, discussions, or experiences, described as:

The disclosure of personal information does not include:

The parties agree that this contract is binding and establishes that aspects of their relationship is and will remain confidential, beginning the date listed above and continuing through {date}, {year}.

The parties agree that:

1. Neither party will disclose to a third party that this Agreement has occurred without written consent from the other party.

2. Party 2 will take all appropriate measures to protect personal information during the length of this relationship and thereafter, and will only disclose in the event of {event}.

3. Party 1 will take all appropriate measures to protect personal information during the length of this relationship and thereafter, and will only disclose in the event of {event}. In addition, Party 1 specifically agrees not to reveal {detail or interaction}.

4. Party 1 will not use any information learned for commercial gain. This specifically includes paid interviews, “tell-all” books, and the like.

5. Party 1 and Party 2 agree not to share photos or video of each other or the two parties together without express prior written permission. This includes social media, print or broadcast media, and any other format or forum.

6. Party 1 and Party 2 agree that if questioned by journalists or others about their {friendship/relationship}, they will limit topics discussed to {topics} and will project an air of mutual respect at all times.

7. This is an exclusive Agreement, and neither party will take the information listed here and discuss and/or share it with any other party.

8. Any attempts to discuss and/or use this confidential information with a party not listed in this agreement will result in legal proceedings.

This Agreement is legally binding and will be enforced according to the laws of the State of {State}.
