RESPONSIBILITIES

The guardian(s) in charge of the child(ren) will be responsible for providing adequate supervision, nutrition, shelter, protection, discipline, and medical attention. Each guardian in charge of the child(ren) will be free to make decisions concerning diet, entertainment, travel, clothing, bedtime, minor medical matters, education, except for the following points, which will be agreed upon in advance and decided mutually among all parties:

Should a major medical emergency arise, the guardian(s) in charge of the child(ren) will be responsible for seeking out or supplying medical care AND notifying the other guardians as quickly as possible.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

If scheduling conflicts arise, the guardian(s) responsible for the child(ren) at the conflicted times agree to offer the other guardian(s) the opportunity to care for the child(ren) before seeking other options.

All guardians will plan holidays and vacations in advance whenever possible.

If any guardian is running late, he/she will make every effort to notify the relevant guardian of the change in schedule.

GENERAL CARE

All guardians agree to share school records, contact information, medical results, extracurricular schedules, and vacation plans with each other. All guardians agree to promote healthy and direct communication with each other, and will not use the child(ren) to pass notes or messages to other guardians.

All attempts will be made to keep the child(ren) on a consistent schedule, with a focus on promoting good education, persistence in goals, healthy habits, and achieving dreams in school, sports, clubs, creativity, and other interests.

Discipline will be discussed mutually.

Medication will be discussed mutually as it arises.

Mediation will be discussed mutually as it arises.
