Office Share Agreement

_______________________ (hereafter "Party 1") and _______________________ (hereafter "Party 2"), hereby agree to a contract regarding the workspace at their shared access to ________________________ (hereafter "the Workspace"):

Party 1 will have sole access to the Workspace on {days} from {time} to {time}. During that time, no one else may interrupt or enter the Workspace except in extreme emergency such as {examples}, or by invitation.

Party 2 will have sole access to the Workspace on {days} from {time} to {time}. During that time, no one else may interrupt or enter the Workspace except in extreme emergency such as {examples}, or by invitation.

While using the Workspace, both parties may freely use {items/furniture/electronics}. Any damage or loss of these items will result in {consequence} by the offending party. The Workspace must be kept tidy and in its original condition. {Food, alcohol, animals, smoking, etc.} is not allowed in the Workspace. Violations of this agreement will result in {consequence} by the offending party.

The following items will be considered solely the property of Party 1 and may be touched, moved, accessed, or used by Party 1 only: {items/furniture/electronics}.

The following items will be considered solely the property of Party 2 and may be touched, moved, accessed, or used by Party 2 only: {items/furniture/electronics}.

The two parties will agree in writing to any changes made to the Workspace before implementing them, including {installing utilities, moving/changing furniture, etc.}.

Party 1 will pay {amount} per {hour/day/week/month/year}, payable each {amount of time} on a {month-to-month/fixed} lease. Party 2 will pay {amount} per {hour/day/week/month/year}, payable each {amount of time} on a {month-to-month/fixed} lease. Utilities for {phone/internet/water/electricity/garbage/recycling/copying/printing} will be paid by {party}.
