That {Employee}, entering into employment on {date} as {position}, agrees to the following:

While employed at {Company} and for {amount of time} after departure, {Employee} shall not solicit, hire, or retain any clients, contractors, or employees affiliated with {Company}.

Furthermore, {Employee} shall not have contact with current clients aside from resolving, transferring, or closing their accounts for {amount of time} after {Employee} departs.

Regardless of the reason for departure or position held at time of departure, {Employee} will abide by the stipulations laid down in this contract.
