Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

Both parties agree that they are equally obligated not to disclose personal or confidential information about each other to third parties.

The parties agree that:

1. Neither party will disclose to a third party that this Agreement has occurred without written consent from the other party.

2. Specifically, neither party will disclose to any member of the media any of the personal and confidential information covered by this Agreement.

3. In addition to personal and confidential information, both parties agree that they will not share, transmit, release, or otherwise disclose photos, videos, text messages, social media messages, notes, or other personal communications between the two parties.

4. Each party will take all appropriate measures to protect the personal and confidential information of the other party during the length of this relationship, and will only disclose the information {if subpoenaed, in therapy, etc.}.

5. Neither party will use information about the other for commercial gain, unless the parties are able to arrive at another agreement on that matter.

This Agreement is legally binding and will be enforced according to the laws of the State of {State}.
