Multilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement

All parties agree to disclose certain personal or confidential information to one another, but are restricted from providing that information to outside parties.

The parties agree that:

1. The parties agree to provide one another with the information covered herein.

2. None of the parties will disclose to any outside parties that this Agreement has occurred without written consent from the other party.

3. Each party will take all appropriate measures to protect the personal and confidential information of the other parties during the length of their association, or until {date}, and will only disclose the information {if subpoenaed, in therapy, etc.}.

4. None of the parties will use information about the others for commercial gain, unless the parties are able to arrive at another agreement on that matter.

This Agreement is legally binding and will be enforced according to the laws of the State of {State}.
