MODEL RELEASE

I, {Model Name}, hereby grant and transfer all legal rights, titles, and ownership of any photos taken on {date} at {time} in {location} to {Photographer's Name} (hereafter "the Photographer").

I authorize the Photographer and all of the Photographer's representatives, assigns, licensees, agents, and employees to publish the aforementioned photos as they see fit, for any purpose. I further allow editing that includes {types of allowable editing} to be applied to the pictures at any time.

I authorize these photos to be used for commercial or noncommercial purposes, and to be republished, copied, exhibited, distributed, sold, and advertised.

I understand that advertisement messages, text, taglines, business names, and captions may be used in conjunction with these images. I authorize the pictures' use with any text, provided my name is not linked in any way to the text provided.

I swear and attest that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older.

In return for my services, I have received {exchange} and will also receive {future exchange conditions}.
