Job Bidding Contract

In response to the Request For Quotation (RFQ) issued by Company A (hereafter known as "Contractor") and identified as _____________________, Company B (hereafter known as "Vendor") hereby submits the following price quotation for the goods and/or services specified in the Contractor's RFQ.

If the Contractor awards all of the work specified below to the Vendor then the total price shall be $________, which represents a discount of XX percent off the total of the separately priced items.

The prices quoted above are subject to change after MM/DD/YYYY.

The Vendor hereby certifies that it meets or exceeds all of the Contractor's requirements with respect to business insurance, professional licensing, prevailing-wage and equal opportunity employment, etc., as specified in the RFQ.

The Vendor is prepared to commence any of the work that may be awarded by the Contractor within one week of such award, and to complete such work within the timeframes specified in the RFQ.

A down payment equal to _____ percent of the price of the work awarded shall be due upon award of the work. Payment is due within 30 days of award, and a discount of 2 percent will be allowed if payment is received within 15 days of the award.

The balance due for any work performed shall be paid within 30 days of the work's completion, and a discount of 2 percent will be allowed if payment is received within 15 days of the work's completion.

The Contractor's authorized agent(s) may accept this contract by circling the item(s) of work above that the Contractor wishes to award, affixing their initials to each item awarded, and completing the Contractor Signature section below.
