Hunting Rights Contract

    

______________________________________ (hereafter "Lessor") and ___________________________ (hereafter "Lessee") hereby enter into a lease agreement under the following terms:

Lessor shall convey to Lessee use of the premises at: ____________________________________________________________________________

for the sole purpose of hunting the following species only: ____________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________________

The Lessor agrees to lease the aforementioned premises to the Lessee and the following people only, provided that they are accompanied by the Lessee at the time: ____________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________________

The term of this lease shall be from MM/DD/YYYY until MM/DD/YYYY at midnight on each date. The Lessee will retain a renewal option until # days before the termination date. At that time, the renewal option will be withdrawn. The Lessor will not lease the properties to any other parties during this time.

The Lessee is obligated to pay the Lessor a total of $XX for the rights conveyed under this lease. The amount will be paid in a lump sum/monthly installments in the amount of $XX per month.

The Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor in the event of any injury, loss, damages or death associated with the location, terrain, wildlife, plant life, hunting or other activities on the premises. The Lessee understands that hunting is an inherently dangerous activity.

The Lessee shall abide by the Lessor's requirements as well as all city, county and state laws and hunting regulations.

Lessor will maintain a "No Hunting" sign within # yards of any dwelling, building or residence.

The Lessor shall have the right to terminate the lease with a # day notice under the following conditions:
