HUNTING RELEASE

I, {Hunter Name}, verify that I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions for receiving hunting on the property located at {address} that is owned by {Landowner Name}:

• I have been given permission to hunt on the property that is {description of property}. I understand that simply being on the property comes with inherent risks, such as {poisonous plants, snakes, bugs, ravines, broken bridges, etc.}. I acknowledge that I have been informed of these risks and that I accept them.
• I understand that the act of hunting incurs inherent risks of injury and death. I accept the risks and have brought all of my own safety equipment and clothing.
• I verify that I will be hunting within the local and national regulations concerning hunting season, safety, equipment, and limits. I understand that the Landowner is not responsible for verifying the veracity of my license.
• I agree to release and hold harmless {Landowner} and any of his/her successors, employees, or assigns from any claims, charges, suits, or actions brought on by damage to person or property, injury, illness, loss, theft, or death.
• I am 18 years or older, or else I have permission to participate from a legal guardian. I understand that, if I am of age, any minors in my care are my sole responsibility.
