HVAC Service Contract

• {HVAC Company} will provide service at the above address for the contract period of {dates}.

• The fee for this package is {amount in dollars}. Late payments will {description of what happens with a late payment}.

• {HVAC Company} will provide scheduled service {weekly, monthly, three times a year, etc.}. Should Customer require any other service, for breakdowns or any other problems, Customer must contact {HVAC Company} to schedule an appointment. • {HVAC Company} will replace parts at no cost, provided those parts are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Payment for parts not covered by the warranty is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
