Group Project Agreement

____________________________________________ (hereafter collectively "The Students") hereby agree to the following terms and conditions for ____________________ (hereafter "Group Project"):

The Students listed above make up the entirety of the Group Project and will not attempt to add or remove members without written consent from the other members.

The Group Project is due on {date} to {Teacher} and requires the following conditions: {requirements}. The Students agree to meet the deadline and all the requirements as a collective.

Students will meet on {date} at {time} at {location} to divide up responsibilities. They will meet again at least {number} times before the deadline, approximately every {amount of time}, to determine that everyone is on track and satisfied with the work.

The Students agree to use sources that adhere to {journalistic/research standards}.

The Students pledge not to plagiarize from any source.

The Students agree to have preliminary research done by {date}, an outline presented to the group by {date}, a rough draft presented by {date}, and the final product finished for inspection by {date}.

The Students agree to make every effort to be available to one another for referral and collaboration by {means of communication} on {basis}.

If one Student is determined to be contributing less than the group, ignoring request, violating the aforementioned terms, or working off-topic, the first action taken shall be {action}. If improvement does not occur within {amount of time}, {action}. A third infraction will lead to a request for teacher intercession.

The Students all pledge to do an equal amount of work and put their best effort in for the final product.
