Go Kart Racing Waiver

By driving, racing, and otherwise using the track at {Go Kart Company}, I hereby accept any and all risks involved and will hold harmless this business, as well as its employees, for any injuries to my person. This waiver of liability also extends to the owner of the property where the {Company} race track is situated.

I understand that kart racing has inherent risks, including, but not limited to:

• Injuries related to kart collisions or other impacts.
• Being hit by a kart, wheel, or object on or near the track.
• Vehicle or equipment failure.

I agree to:

• Listen attentively to safety instructions related to equipment, driving, use of the track, and other aspects of kart racing.
• Securely fasten helmet and wear other required safety gear as described during safety orientation.
• Fasten seatbelt at all times while in the kart.
• Remain seated in the kart at all times unless otherwise instructed by track staff.

By signing below, I agree to waive liability for damages or injuries. Specifically, I will be liable for any and all medical expenses, attorney fees, and other costs. I also assert that I am of sound physical and mental fitness for kart racing and am free of heart conditions, epilepsy, or any other health conditions that could impact my ability to safely participate. I also affirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol or any drugs that could impair my judgment.
