Event Sponsorship Contract

On {date}, {Company} will host {event}, for the purpose of {purpose}.

{Event} will run from {time} to {time} and feature {guests/activities/show/etc.}. {Sponsor} and {Company} hereby agree to the following terms:

{Sponsor} will purchase one of the following sponsorship packets:

• Tier One {Cost for Sponsor}, {Benefit for Sponsor}
• Tier Two {Cost for Sponsor}, {Benefit for Sponsor}
• Tier Three {Cost for Sponsor}, {Benefit for Sponsor}
• Tier Four {Cost for Sponsor}, {Benefit for Sponsor}

{Sponsor} will allow {Company} to use its logo, name, and image for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes.

{Company} and {Sponsor} agree not to hold each other liable for any claims, liens, damages, or loss of profit/business. The two parties indemnify and hold each other harmless for all damages or loss caused by anything other than willful misconduct.
