Domain Name Contract

Domain Name Licensing Agreement

On this day, {date}, {Licensor} and {Licensee} hereby agree to the following terms:

That {Licensor} is the rightful, registered owner of {Domain Name} and is willing to license said domain to {Licensee} for a monthly fee.

That {Licensee} will use {Domain Name} for {purpose} and no other without written permission from {Licensor}.

That {Licensee} will pay a monthly fee of {amount} on the {day} of every month, along with {fees} for a total of {total}. {Licensee} will be charged {amount} for every day the payment is late. If {Licensee} defaults on this payment, {Licensor} may license the domain to a new client after {number} days.

The domain will be licensed to {Licensee} from {date} to {date}. {Licensee} may renew the domain in writing no more than {number} days and no fewer than {number} days before the deadline. {Licensee} will have exclusive rights to renew the domain every {frequency} until {date}.

{Licensor} gives full and exclusive access of the domain to {Licensee}. Licensor will not impede {Licensee}'s access, alteration, or design of the domain.

{Licensee} agrees to follow all regulations, laws, and ordinances on a federal, state, and local level concerning the content in and possession of the domain. {Licensee} agrees to indemnify and hold harmless {Licensor} from any claims, liens, or damages arising from the Licensee's use of the domain.
