Dog Walking Service Agreement

This agreement is made and entered into this {date} day of {month}, {year}, between {Name}, henceforth known as "Pet Owner," and {Name}, henceforth known as "Dog Walker."

The services will begin on {date} and will be terminated on {date}, barring an extension of this agreement.

The Pet Owner's address is {Address} and the services rendered below refer only to the following dogs: {Dog names, ages and breeds}

The Pet Owner agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• The Pet Owner will provide all required leashes, harnesses, muzzles, jackets and collars.
• The Pet Owner agrees to provide the Dog Walker with all necessary instructions for the Dog Walker's duties.
• The Pet Owner will provide any medication or special needs instructions for each of the dogs.
• The Pet Owner will be considered liable for any damages or injuries caused by the dogs while under the care of the Dog Walker.
• The Pet Owner will pay the Dog Walker at a rate of {$ amount} per {hour/day/week/month}. The Dog Walker will be paid at the beginning of every {week/month}.

The Dog Walker agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• The Dog Walker will perform the duties listed by the Pet Owner to the best of {his/her} abilities, in a reliable and caring manner.
• The Dog Walker will keep secure and confidential any keys, passcodes, access numbers and personal information, and return them at the end of the contracted service date
• The Dog Walker will supply and be equipped with a pooper scooper and disposable waste bags.
• The Dog Walker will not be liable for any injuries to the dogs that are caused by animals or people outside of the Dog Walker's control.
• The Dog Walker will not be liable for any incident that occurs during transportation of the dogs to a vet, kennel or clinic.

Any violation of the aforementioned terms will be considered a breach of contract. The agreement is listed above in its entirety.
