MEMBERS

The members of the Board of Directors will be determined every {amount of time} by {shareholder nomination, board recommendation, etc.}. There will be no more than {number} Board Members and no fewer than {number}. Each member shall serve for {amount of time}, and be eligible for reelection {number} times.
