Basic Hiring Contract

{Name} , henceforth known as "Employer," and {Name}, henceforth known as "Employee," enter into this agreement ("Agreement") on {date}.

Employer and Employee agree to the following provisions as conditions for Employee's employment at {name of company}:

• Employee will hold the position of {name of position} at {name of company}.

• Employer will pay the Employee a {weekly, annual, etc.} salary of {amount in dollars} as compensation for this position.

• Employer will provide Employee with the following benefits: {list of any benefits that come with employment, including healthcare, retirement, gym membership, etc.}.

• Employee is eligible for certain performance bonuses based on {ways in which Employee could earn bonuses, if applicable}.

Invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement.
