Contingent Employment Contract

Acceptance of {Applicant} as an employee will be contingent on the following criteria:

• As the position is a cleared position, Employee must past a security check.

If the Employee fails to pass any of the aforementioned criteria, he or she will be inadmissible as an employee of {Company}, which will render this contract null and void. Both parties agree that this contract is acceptable and applicable to the position in question.
