Company Gifts and Gratuities Policy

_______________________ (hereafter “Employer”) and _______________________ (hereafter “Employee”) hereby agree to the following:

The purpose of the {Company Name} Gifts and Gratuities Policy is to maintain integrity, ensure employees avoid conflicts of interest, protect the reputation of the Employer, and follow all relevant laws and regulations.

Gifts and Gratuities are defined as: {products, meals, event tickets, trips, etc.}. Also included are intangibles such as {discounts, vouchers, special considerations, etc.}.

The Employee agrees to the following:

• The Employee must not accept any gifts or gratuities that could be construed as the giver expecting a favor or other consideration in return.
• The Employee must immediately report to Employer and return to the giver any unsolicited gifts that are {types of gift} and gifts exceeding {monetary value}.
• Employee must seek and receive approval from Employer before accepting {type of gift or consideration}.
• Under no circumstance may Employee accept cash gifts.
