Child Allowance Contract

This contract between {Child's Name}, hereafter known as "Child," and {Parents' Names}, hereafter known as "Parents," covers the conditions of Child's allowance, which will be examined in cases of dispute over dispensation of said allowance.

This document certifies that Child will receive a sum of {Allowance Amount} every {Rate of Dispensation} on the condition that the below duties and behaviors are observed. Duties consist of {List chores and other duties}. Behaviors consist of {List of positive behaviors}.

Certain actions will result in a partial or complete reduction of Child's allowance at the discretion of Parents. These actions include but are not limited to {List negative behaviors}. Additional conditions including but not limited to failure to achieve {list grade requirements and other conditions} may also result in a partial or complete reduction of Child's allowance.

While Child's allowance will be dispensed at Child's discretion, limitations and guidelines do apply to use of these funds. Child agrees to take over responsibility for purchasing {gifts, lunch, or entertainment items that will no longer be paid for by parents}. Child also agrees not to buy {any forbidden items, such as candy or violent games}, or make any purchases that may go against family values before consulting with Parents.

In all cases of disagreement, Parents will have ultimate judiciary power over the dispensation of allowance. Modifications to this agreement may be made by Parents if Child is given one week advance notification. Child has a right to appeal any decision in a respectful and thoughtfully composed written document, which will be reviewed by Parents but will not guarantee a reversal of any decision. Likewise, Child may request modifications to this agreement but may not unilaterally alter the agreement.

This agreement and the sum of Child's allowance will be revisited on {Date of Reevaluation}.
