Additional services not listed in the following agreement will be charged at a rate of $__________ per hour.

1. The Carpenter shall be employed in order to perform the following services:

2. The Client shall provide the Carpenter with specific plans and instructions as well as any written changes that may arise throughout the term of the contract.

3. The Carpenter shall provide the necessary materials as well as required workers in order to finish the job within the scheduled time outlined above. The Carpenter shall pay for all lumber, tools, equipment, machinery, labor and permits required by law in order to perform the services required.

4. The Client will provide insurance for the Carpenter, as well as any employees working on the project. The Client will not be held liable for any injuries that happen on-site due to the negligence of the Carpenter or other workers.

5. The Carpenter agrees to keep secure and confidential any documents, plans, records, passcodes, keys and notes and to use them for the performance of services alone. The Carpenter agrees to return all the aforementioned items to the Client at the termination of services.

6. If the Client cancels the agreement within {number} days, {%} of the payment with be forfeit. If the Carpenter cancels the agreement after {number} days, {%} will be deducted.

Applicable Law
