Bill Pay Agreement

____________________________ (hereafter "Bank") and ______________________ (hereafter "Customer") hereby agree to the following:

The Customer has chosen to use the Bank's Bill Pay service. For a {frequency} fee of {amount}, the Customer may set up single and recurring payments to be made directly from {his/her} bank accounts at {website}. The fee amount is set, and the Customer may use the service as long as {he/she} pays the {frequency} fee.

Single or recurring payments made on a business day during business hours will be processed the same day. Business days are defined as {days} from {time} to {time}. Business days do not include federal holidays. Any payments made outside of business days and times will be processed the following business day.

The Customer should allow up to {number} days for the recipient to receive single or recurring payments.

Recurring payments that are listed as the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month will automatically be made on the last day of the following month if said month does not include the date specified.

Normal bank account terms and conditions still apply, including {fees for overdraft, minimums, etc.}.

The Bank will ensure a safe and secure connection between the Customer and the Customer's recipient. The Bank will not share the Customer's account information with the recipient aside from {the last four digits, the Customer's name, etc.}.

The Bank takes no responsibility for the strength or security of the Customer's user name and password. It is up to the Customer to create, remember and securely store {his/her} account information.
