Bartender Wedding Agreement

Wedding Bartender Contract

_____________________________ (hereafter "The Couple") and _______________________ (hereafter "Bartender") hereby agree to the following:

The Couple will employ the Bartender's services on {date} from {start time} to {end time} at {location}. The Bartender will arrive {amount of time} before the ceremony to set up and {amount of time} after the reception to clean up.

{The Bartender will provide the bar space/the venue has bar space approved by the bartender.}

The Bartender confirms that {he/she} is a state-licensed and insured bartender who may operate in the state of {State}.

{The Bartender/The Couple} will provide the alcohol, mixers, and garnishes for the evening.

{The Bartender/The Couple} will provide {number/type/size} glasses in {style} and {number/type/size} cocktail napkins for serving.

{The Bartender/The Couple} will be responsible for providing ice.

The alcohol available to patrons will be:

• {Number} kegs of the following brands: {Brands, sizes}
• {Number} bottles of wine of the following brands: {Brands, varieties}
• {Number} bottles of liquor of the following types: {Type/brand}
• {Number} bottles of the following mixers: {Mixers}
• {Number} bottles of champagne for champagne toasts of the following brand: {Brand}
• {Number} {garnishes}

The Couple {will/will not} supply the Bartender with the instructions for {number} signature drinks, along with ingredients and names. {The signature drinks will be the only hard liquor/the Bartender may serve an open bar}.

The Bartender will not serve any patron who looks under {age} without valid ID.

The Bartender reserves the right not to serve any visibly drunk patron at the Bartender's discretion.

Alcohol will be paid for {in advance by the Couple/through {number} drink tokens per guest/by each guest}.

The Bartender will {receive gratuity from the Couple at the end of the night/have a tip jar}.

The Couple will be charged a base amount of {amount}, {amount} per hour for the Bartender's services, and {amount} for alcohol, for a total of {amount}. A deposit of {amount} is due on {date}, with the final amount of {amount} due on {date}.

Any changes to this contract must be done so in writing and signed by both parties.
