Bail Repayment Agreement

This contract is an agreement between _______________________ (hereafter "Borrower") and _______________________ (hereafter "Lender") for the purpose of repayment of bail bond fees.

Lender is serving as Indemnitor/Cosigner before {Bond Company} on behalf of Borrower, thus securing their release from custody. Lender and borrower hereby agree that:

• Lender has paid {amount} in nonrefundable fees to {Bond Company}, put up {collateral description} as collateral, and is liable for the full bail amount of {amount} along with any recovery expenses and fees incurred by the bond company if Borrower does not appear in court or otherwise violates conditions set by the court.
• Borrower agrees to appear at all scheduled and required court appearances and abide by any and all bail conditions set by the court.
• Borrower will begin repaying the bail fee, along with any related expenses incurred by Lender, on {date}, with recurring payments in the amount of {amount} via {payment method} due each {time period}. Interest {will/will not} be charged. The final due date for all payments in total is {date}.
