Art Collaboration Agreement

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MATERIALS

Materials used include {materials}. The expense of materials shall be {built into project bid, absorbed by Artists, billed to Client with receipts provided, etc.}.
