Group Lottery Ticket Agreement

The below listed {coworkers/friends/etc.} have agreed to pool their money to purchase lottery tickets as a group, starting on {date}, and continuing indefinitely.

The parties agree to the following. The terms laid out below can be modified by {unanimous/majority} vote of the parties at any time.

• {Number} of {scratcher/lotto} tickets will be purchased each {week/month} on {days}.
• {Name} will be responsible for collecting {amount} from each player.
• {Name} shall be our designated representative, acting on our behalf and is responsible for purchasing the ticket(s). They will display or store the ticket(s) in {location}.
• Lotto numbers will be chosen {at random/the same each time/by collective agreement}.
• Winnings of less than {amount} will be put back into the pot, and additional tickets will be purchased.
• Winnings of more than {amount} will be split equally among the players. In the event of “jackpot” winnings of more than {amount}, a donation in the amount of {percentage} will be made to {cause}.
• If a jackpot is to be paid out in a lump sum or as an annuity, we agree to accept the funds as {lump sum/annuity}.
• If a prize is won, but a named participant has failed to pay by the time of the drawing, they {will/will not} share in the winnings.
